The whole point of Cafe World is to gain experience points (Cafe Points/CP) to increase up the levels. You gain a level every time you hit a certain threshold of CP. Every time you gain a level Cafe World give you a bonus.
Levels and Bonuses are worked out as follows:
Level One (Open For Business)
This is the starting level. You don’t need any points
Level 2 (Sultan Of Stoves)
You need 34 CP and get a 4th Stove to cook with and 500 coins
Level 3 (Ace Of Bakes)
You need 71 CP and get the chance to cook Chips and Guacamole, Caramel Apples, Pumpkin Pie, Vampire Staked Steak, Home-style Pot Roast.
Level 4 (Master of Mincing)
You need 170 CP and you get 2 gifts, 1000 coins and can cook Sweet Seasonal Ham
Level 5 (Tikka Masala Master)
You need 370 CP and can now cook tikka masala kabobs
Level 6 (Miso Maestro)
You need 670 CP and get a 5th stove
Level 7 (Caesar of Salad)
You need 1070 CP and can now cook Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail
Level 8 (Frying Ace)
You need 1670 CP. You can now hire 3 employees
Level 9 (Grill Master)
You need 2440 CP. You get a 4th Counter and can now cook Savory Stuffed Chicken
Level 10 (Lord of Linguini)
You need 3240 CP. You can now cook a gingerbread house and install at 6th stove
Level 11 (Magnate of Meatballs)
You need 4320 CP and can now cook Spaghetti and Meatballs
Level 12 (Creative Cuisiner)
You need 5320 CP and you get 1000 coins
Level 13 (Master Mess sergeant)
You need 6420 points and can now employee a 4th member of staff and cook Crackling Peking Duck
Level 14 (Bistro Baron)
You need 2270 CP and get the chance to install a 7th stove
Level 15 (Rockstar Chef)
You need 9120 CP and can now cook Tony’s Classic Pizza
Level 16 (Don Pizza Sauce)
You need 10620 CP and gain 1000 coins
Level 17 (Count of Carpaccio)
You need 12120 CP. You can install a 5th counter and cook Herbed Halibut
Level 18 (Munchy Monarch)
You need 13920 CP and can now install an 8th stove
Level 19 (Kitchen Conjurer)
You need 15920 CP and can now cook Voodoo Chicken Salad
Level 20 (Sultan of Saute)
You need 18020 CP and gain 1500 coins
That is the first 20 levels of Cafe World. As you can see you get generous bonuses for going up levels so it is well worth trying to do everything you can to progress. When people have as many as 6-7 stoves they tend to use 2 of these as long term stoves. So cooking things that take a number of days. These pay out great and you can still use your other stoves for cooking shorter team dishes and keeping your customers happy.
There are over 60 levels on Cafe World and each level has its own reward.

WRONG…thr is more thn 85 level because i m on 87 and i have 25 cafe cash
